HOW IT WORKS

Four steps from idea to outcome

The path a suggestion follows, from the moment it is submitted to the moment it is implemented, is defined up front; because everyone knows who does what and when, no idea is left unowned.

It is submitted

A member of staff or an external stakeholder submits the idea from the web or mobile interface, attaching documents and images.

It is evaluated

A mentor makes the first assessment and the benefit analysis is completed; where needed, the jury and Innovation Board decide.

It is implemented

Accepted ideas become projects; the owner, timeline and stages are all tracked in the system.

It is rewarded

The contributor earns innovation points, appears on the leader boards and can choose from the reward store.
